This policy explains what information Nest Properties BD ("we", "us") collects when you use nestpropertiesbd.com, why we collect it and the choices you have.

Nest Properties BD operates an online marketplace where owners, agents and developers list properties and where visitors can search, save listings and send inquiries. Our contact details are on the Contact page.

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address and message when you send an inquiry, request an advertising package, subscribe to our newsletter or submit a property. For property listings we also collect the property details and photos you provide.

If you create an account, we also store your name, email address, phone number, company name (if any), a hashed (not readable) password, the listings you post, the packages you order and the payment references (such as a transaction ID) you send us. We do not collect or store card numbers.

Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, device type and pages viewed, your IP address for security and abuse prevention, and preferences such as your chosen theme and saved properties, which are stored in your own browser.

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, connect you with the owner or agent of a listing, review and publish listings, send the newsletter you asked for, run advertising requests, keep the service secure and improve it. We do not use your information for purposes that are unrelated to these.

When you send an inquiry about a listing, we share your name, phone number, email and message with the owner or agent of that listing so they can reply. We may share information with service providers who help us run the site, under obligations to protect it, and with authorities when the law requires. We do not sell your personal information.

We use browser storage and cookies for essential functions and preferences. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to control them.

We keep inquiry and contact details for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal and accounting needs, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online service can be completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents by inquiry form.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Write to us using the details on the Contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make a significant change we will say so on the site.
